PROGRAM OVERVIEW
This program allows students to delve into all aspects of audio engineering and music production. Exploring and perfecting the fundamentals as well as the logistical and creative elements involved in the production of an audio recording. Learn to make the recording studio your instrument. The Introduction to the Music Industry Program will ensure that you have mastered the fundamentals of music production technology, while also establishing your own clear creative point-of-view to get the most out of your artists, and understand how you work as a producer. Students come out of the Introduction to the Music Industry Program with a strong fundamental skill set, and the confidence to navigate the challenges of the music industry.
With mentor-based hands on learning, the students will understand all of the elements involved in helping any artist achieve their best, on the creative side, as well as having solidified their chops on the technical side. Industry standard tools such as Pro Tools are used to ensure that each student completes a professional portfolio for use after graduation.

PORTFOLIO & MARKETING
Create and manage a portfolio and online marketing plan.
MIXING AND MASTERING

Coach and guide an artist with confidence, helping them achieve their artistic vision.
SIGNAL PROCESSING
Employ advanced mixing and signal processing techniques.
