Studios at Nimbus

Each Nimbus School of Recording Arts classroom is a functioning recording studio. You will learn on industry standard analogue and digital mixing consoles (Solid State Logic SSL G series, E series and AWS9000, Digidesign C24), the very same consoles you’ll find at world class professional recording studios around the world.

The Nimbus audio school campus is home to five professional studios and a MIDI lab.  As an audio engineering and music production student at Nimbus, you’ll get access to the studios 24/7, giving you plenty of extra time during the evenings and weekends to work on your projects.  You’ll also get one-to-one mentorship from our very experienced faculty, all currently active music industry professionals. On top of completing regular projects, many students have created their own EPs at Nimbus.

…Nimbus doesn’t feel like a school at all. Nimbus feels more like home. There really is no other place like it. If your dreams are in the music and recording industry, your money will be wasted going elsewhere. Nimbus is the future of music. Fact.
Nolan Gladu
Nimbus is more than just a school. It is a philosophy, an attitude, a way of life… My experience there has made me not only a better engineer, but a better person as well!
Owen Marmorek
Not only did I learn how to engineer and produce, I learned how to utilize my time and energy for something I really care about, and all the while having more fun then I ever imagined possible.
Chloe Anne Lloyd
